Dear Sri Lankans and USLA Committee Members, Members, Ayubowan! Vanakkam! Assalam Alaikum! I am deeply grateful to you for electing me as the President of the United Sri Lanka Association (Auckland Branch). I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each one of you for trusting me with this important responsibility. Your confidence in me means the world. And I am fully committed to serving our community with dedication, integrity and passion. I am excited about this opportunity to work together with such a talented and committed team. Together we can achieve great things and make a positive impact on our lives and those in our community. I’m here to listen, to learn, and to lead to the best of my abilities. Please know that my door is always open. And I welcome your ideas, feedback and support as we embark on this journey together. Once again, thank you for this incredible honour.
